Our Golf Teachers at the Saint Cloud Golf Club
Saint Cloud Golf Club has always been proud of its great sporting results and this is due to our highly qualified teaching staff. Percy and Audrey Boomer, Jean-Baptiste Alsuguren, Charles Manier, Peter Butler, David Mills, François Berthet, Roger Giraud and today, Jean-Pierre Tairraz who is well known for his popular books on golf in general, approach, and especially putting, Peter Dawson who has played in the Ryder Cup, and last but not least, Sophie Demey, Jean-Claude Bard, Paul Galitizine, Cédric Doucet, all of whom are well known professionals who have trained and are still training members of the Saint Cloud Golf Club as well as others who are not members, but have chosen to entrust their swing to our experts.
Our teachers, professors and monitors are able to offer you individual or group lessons, either on the practice or on the course. You can contact them on their direct line with voice mail; just call 01 47 01 61 28 to contact one of them and reserve your next lesson.
It is possible to reserve a lesson with one of our professional teachers even if you are not a member of the Club. In this case you will have to pay an entrance fee of 5 euros during weekdays and 8 euros during weekends at Reception.

Before starting your game on the links or while you are having a lesson, the following facilities are available:
- A practice course with 46 individual and covered holes, open from 8:00 to 6:00 in winter and from 8:00 to 8:00 p.m. in summer.
- To obtain a bucket of balls you can:
Buy a token at Reception,
Use a rechargeable magnetic card (deposit required.)
The ball distributor is located in the shelter in front of the practice.
Other facilities:
- A chipping green behind the practice area,
- A pitching green behind the club house, near the tennis courts,
- A chipping green between the two tee-offs,
- Two putting greens near each tee-off.
Please use your own balls to train on these areas.
A Pitch and Putt designed by Jean-Pierre Tiarraz completes these facilities. It is located around holes 11, 12, and 13 on the Yellow Course, and is available during certain times during golf season for team training and golf coaching. |
